Mixed at 20 % in 60pg and 40vg. Steeped for 2 weeks.
Nice and a little surprising smooth.
Me being me not quite strong enough so I may try at 25% or buy the apple flavour and mix 20% with 5% apple added.
Almost up there with the blackberry crumble kind of sweet and sour. Maybe a bit more crust and a whisper of cinnamon needed.
Would go well with creme anglais.
