We comply with every single directive necessary, so you will never find a drop of any prohibited substance in any of our e-liquids. Every single house flavour that we produce has a supporting certificate and all bespoke flavours are tested for an additional fee to ensure that they meet all requirements necessary and are 100% compliant.

As a founder member of ECITA, our labels have been legally compliant since day one, even when most other manufacturers were not!
We have an entire in house agency who, not only produce the branding and packaging for our own award winning in house ranges, but who are also totally up to speed with all necessary regulations to ensure that your own packaging is totally compliant, adhering to the law, EU regulation and all relevant stipulations of the TPD.

Having been in this industry from the very start we have the knowledge and experience to produce the flavours you require. If you need some reverse engineering to pin down that elusive flavour combination – we can do that – and we are confident that we can recreate almost any flavour near as dam it to your original, so long as that original flavour doesn’t contain any forbidden ingredients such as diacetyl, DEG or acetyl propionyl.
And even if your original does contain some of these nasties, we will use our extensive flavour pallets and many years experience developing a vast array of different flavours to get as near as we can, whilst still being compliant to your desired flavour.
If we can’t produce the flavour you are seeking we will try new ingredients, blends and even new techniques in order to achieve the quality, depth of taste and flavour that DV are famed for.
