E-Liquid

Often referred to as e-juice and vape juice, e-liquid or is a flavoured liquid to be used in the electric (hence the e) cigarettes. E-Liquid comes in many forms, we provide e-liquid as Nicotine Salts, Premixed and Shortfills.

The e-liquid is put into the vape pod or tank electronically via a button and drawn via a mountpiece. Drawn via what is referred to as a coil, the heating element. The coil heats and converts the e-liquid to a vapour which the user inhales.

What is E-Liquid made of?

E-liquid is made of four (five if you include nicotine) ingredients. These ingredients are flavouring, propylene glycol (PG), Vegetable glycerine (VG), distilled water and nicotine.

The vegetable glycerine (VG) forms the base of the liquid, the propylene glycol (PG) provides the flavour. The PG is a food-grade flavouring that provides the desired flavour, we ourselves have mixologists that formulate the different flavours we create.

E-Liquid Colour

The liquid colour can change depending on a range of factors, all of which are natural and should not affect the taste or safety of your e-liquid.

The fresher the e-liquid, the clearer it is. As the e-liquid ages the colour will darken. This process is called steeping and it can enhance the flavour of the juice. Just ensure to keep the e-liquid in a cool, dry and dark place.

Exposure to light and heat can also change the colour of your e-liquid due to the oxidation of the nicotine.

The flavour ingredients in e-liquid may also vary in colour between batches due to seasonal variations among other factors. This could cause a slight variation in the colour of the e-liquid but has no impact on flavour quality.
